Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to the most common questions about our tyres, shipping and payments.
How long does it take to receive the tyres?
Delivery generally takes 24/48 working hours.
All orders placed before 12:00 are handled and handed to the courier the same day.
Orders placed after 12:00 are handed to the courier the next working day: in this case delivery times (24/48 hours) are calculated from the following day.
For some tyres delivery times may be longer: in these cases the exact timing is always shown on the product page and confirmed at checkout.
Deliveries to islands and remote areas may require additional days.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is always free, with no additional costs.
How do I know if the tyre is compatible with my car?
You need to check that the tyre size is one of those approved in the vehicle registration document or on the sidewall of the currently fitted tyres.
The full size consists of, for example: 205/55 R16 91V.
What do the numbers in the size mean (e.g. 205/55 R16)?
- 205 = tyre width in millimetres
- 55 = sidewall height (percentage of width)
- R = radial construction
- 16 = rim diameter in inches
What does load index mean?
The load index indicates the maximum weight each tyre can support.
It must be equal to or higher than the one specified in the vehicle registration document.
What does speed index mean?
The speed index indicates the maximum speed for which the tyre is approved.
It must comply with what is specified in the vehicle registration document.
Can I choose a higher speed index?
Yes, you can choose a speed index equal to or higher than the one in the registration document.
Choosing a lower index is not permitted, except for exceptions allowed by regulations for winter tyres.
What is the difference between summer, winter and all-season tyres?
- Summer: ideal at temperatures above approximately 7°C
- Winter: designed for cold, rain and snow
- All-season: a middle-ground solution for year-round use in mild climate areas
What is the DOT?
The DOT indicates the week and year of manufacture of the tyre (e.g. 2424 = 24th week of 2024).
All tyres sold are new and never fitted.
Are tyres covered by warranty?
Yes, all tyres are covered by the statutory warranty provided by applicable law.
In case of defects, our customer service will guide you through the assistance process.
In some cases, depending on the tyre brand, more favourable warranty conditions may be offered directly by the manufacturer.
