How do I know if the tyre is compatible with my car?

Check that the tyre size matches one of those approved in the vehicle registration document or on the sidewall of the currently fitted tyres. For example: 205/55 R16 91V.

205 = tyre width in millimetres. 55 = sidewall height (percentage of width). R = radial construction. 16 = rim diameter in inches.
